1. Who is covered under the Plan?
The Plan covers you, your spouse and all of your unmarried dependent children under the age of 22, living at your home.

2. How many Plan Attorneys are there in the network?
We currently have thousands of Plan Attorneys throughout the U.S. in all 50 states. New attorneys are added daily to our network to help our growing number of members.

3. How do you select Plan Attorneys?
Plan attorneys must meet strict qualification standards before being considered as part of our network. They must also provide detailed information and agree to provide quality legal service.

4. How experienced are the Plan Attorneys?
On average, Plan Attorneys have 12 years of experience.

5. Is there a limit to the number of times I can call a Plan Attorney without extra charge?
You can call your Plan Attorney as often as you like and incur no added cost as long as your calls are of different subject matter. Access to information can give you power in dealing with problems before they turn into a more complex crisis situation.

6. Is contacting my attorney difficult?
No. It's as easy as picking up the phone. If your attorney is out of the office when you call, it is our policy they must call you back within 24 hours. Always leave a message as to the best time to call you back.

7. How can my Plan Attorney's hourly rate be so much lower than it is for most other attorneys?
In a simple word - volume. Plan Attorneys are introduced to a great many more clients than they normally would be in the course of their practices. Therefore, it's to their advantage, as well as yours, to substantially reduce their hourly fees for the legal services they perform for our plan members.

8. Can my Plan Attorney handle business matters under the plan?
The plan you purchase here is for personal legal matters only. Although, many plan attorneys can handle business matters. It's not part of this plan, so it may not be at the low discounted rates. You will need to check with your Plan Attorney.

9. Can I meet my attorney in person?
Yes and we encourage you to do so. You can meet your Plan Attorney for each new legal matter at no additional cost.

10. What if I don't like my Plan Attorney or Plan Financial Planner?
You can request a different advisor at any time. Simply call 1-888-329-1451 and a Client Care Associate will help you change your advisor.

11. Are my conversations with my Plan Advisor kept confidential?
Absolutely! At no time will your attorney/client confidentially be breached. The only information that MyAdvisorLink receives is statistical data that tells us how we are doing and how we can improve on our already superior product.

12. What is the term of my services and what is the cancellation policy?
The client agreement is month to month, subject to the payment of your fee. If you are not completely satisfied you may cancel your services at any time, and receive a refund of your monthly client fee billed the month of cancellation

13. What is the goal of The USA Legal Resource?
To provide middle class North America equal access to the legal justice system

14. Is equal access to the Legal Justice System our constitutional right in America?
YES

15. Do members get a free last will and testament with their membership?
YES

16. Do members receive access to hundreds of free legal documents and information?
